Third, eat healthy.

The right foods will boost your immunity and mood, help you sleep better, and lead to greater productivity. Spend some time in the fresh food section at your grocery store (or on-line grocer). Find fruits and veggies that boost your immune system (citrus fruits, bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, spinach, ginger, and so much more) and protein to feed your muscles.

Fourth, don’t stop moving.

Movement is key to your mental and physical health. Increased blood flow makes for a healthier immune system. There’s much to explore in nature or do within the confines of your home. Get creative with how you move. Make up your own routine. In the alternative, stream your local gym’s online classes, check Instagram for at home workouts, or search YouTube.

Fifth, live from your heart.
